JL Collection Shipping & Delivery Information
Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order.
If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
We offer FREE Shipping/ Paid Shipping (specified on the Product detail page) on selected items ordered through www.jlcollections.com
We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after 5.00 P.M IST on any day are processed next day.
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order.
If you have ordered a product from the Product page , the item will reach you within 5-10 business days.
If you have ordered a Customized product ( Size or Colour not in JL Collection product page) or bulk orders or cooperate gift items, it will take approximately 15 to 20 business days for delivery. Upon confirmation of your order, you shall receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
We will keep you updated on the status of your order from the date of order till dispatch through our Order Tracking Id. On dispatch of your order, you will receive your shipment details & tracking number by e-mail. You may simply check the status by visiting the courier partner’s website.
If you do not receive our delivery confirmation e-mail or face any issue in tracking your order, please contact us via email or through phone.
Our delivery partners will attempt thrice before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.
Across India, we aim to get your artwork to you well within 14 days. Internationally shipping takes a bit longer – you should allow 2-5 weeks. If you need your product by a specific date, please get in touch and we’ll do all we can to help.
JL Collection is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities.
