Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us. Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. However, return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in the original condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Some products cannot be returned and are marked on the product detail page.
Refund Process
Refund/ replacement for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by our customer service team Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing.
The refund shall be processed only after the product is shipped back and received by us Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days Typically, the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you The order may be cancelled before shipment, if product is out of stock or on customers request.
A refund can be refused if the product is completely broken and unusable or with scratches or incomplete as per the seller claims from the customer or the product is returned beyond the required return date Once your refund request is approved, we would be happy to offer you refund or replacement.
You can get your money back into your originating bank account or you can opt for a gift card which can be used for any future purchase on JL Collections.
You can also opt for a direct bank transfer in case you have paid via COD mode.
Usually, gift cards are the most preferred option of refunds on JL Collections. You can use them as per your convenience; there is no expiry to a gift card.
