All items are guaranteed to be free from usable defects. Slight variations  from product to product and within each produact is to be expected due to the nature of our process and the natural materials used. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge

Are all JL Collections leather products made in the India?

Yes. All of our products are manufactured in Mumbai (India). We source the best leather available in the market. We do not outsource any manufacturing of our products. Each product is made in house, by our skilled team of designers and craftspeople.

What countries do you deliver to?

We operate and will ship throughout India, North and South America, Europe and the Gulf States. For bulk orders we cater to countries around the world.

Do you take custom orders?

Major alterations and customizations are available on an individual basis. Why can’t I select a color or size combination?

It is possible that the color or size combination you  are looking for is out of stock. You can e-mail us  the size and color you are looking for and we will notify you when the product will be in stock.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order has been successfully submitted, we process and complete orders as quickly as possible, including monogrammed items. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) or you can pay with your PayPal account.

How do I care for my leather? 

Our products are made with highest quality leather and as a result little care is needed because the leather tends to age better with time, giving the products more character and beauty. However, if you are looking to give your products more care or have questions check out the LEATHER CARE page.

How should I store my items?

When not in use, please be sure to store leather products in a cool, dry place. In the event that your leather item gets wet, please be sure to air dry before further use or storage.

Will the bags or jackets show scratching?

Scratching and damage can occur while using any leather product, so please be sure to use your items with care. JL Collections is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as scratching or staining on light-colored bags.

How long do I wait before I receive my order?

For standard shipping on all in-stock, non-customized products. You should receive your order in 5-10 business days. For expedited shipping your order will arrive within 3-4 business days. For bulk and/or customized orders and shipping please email us for delivery commitments.
