Cancellation & Exchange Policy
JL Collection believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore an easy Cancellation & Exchange policy. Due to any circumstance, if you wish to cancel exchange or return an order, please sending us an e-mail or call on +91-22 23083760 WITHIN 24 hour of placing the order
Cancellations and amendments will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. No cancellations are entertained for orders placed for Special Promotions / Occasions or on Sale as these are limited offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. If you are unhappy or have had a change of mind regarding your recently purchased product, please return the product with all packaging intact, unused, within 7 days of purchase/receipt and you could exchange it for a product of equivalent price or gift vouchers of the equivalent amount.
In case the product received has any technical or manufacturing defects, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the contact us form and we will replace the product.
If you notice manufacturing/ workmanship errors on your newly purchased product, we can repair the product for you. If repairs are not possible, a replacement will be provided.
Our Quality Analysts will evaluate the products that we receive. If the products returned by you are in good condition and meet our Returns norms, your refunds will be processed in full. Therefore, we recommend that when you are sending the returns consignment on your own, do make sure that it is shipped in a secure packaging.
We will not be able to process returns for products that do not meet our Return Quality Criteria
If you wish to exchange a product, contact us within 7 days from the date you receive your shipment.
We won’t be able to process returns in case the request for returns is placed after 7 days from the date you receive your shipment.
We recommend that if you need an alternate size / replacement, do get in touch with us at the earliest

Products should be unused.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original labels and invoices.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
Kindly note, colors delivered to you on product may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor.
Leather is a natural material and a slight variation is bound to appear in each item. All products are hand crafted; hence no two products are identical in their absolute measurements. Scratches and marks on the leather surface are a part of the characteristics of the material. Marks are common on leather as each skin is different to the other, as no two skins are the same. Please note, these are not considered as manufacturing defects
If we are not able to help you find a suitable exchange or replacement, we refund your order value as Store Credit into your justanned.com store account OR as Cash refund if you so desire.
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number which will be given to you when write to us at-Email email@example.com
Customised order or products purchased at special price (offer, discount) cannot be returned/exchanged
